I've struggled on and off with insomnia and find that it is much more prevalant when the energy is up in my head more.
I'd also suggest being in your body more - yoga, swimming, dancing, jogging, making love. Enjoying sensual incarnation!
In addition to the supplements previosuly mentioned I highly recommend a good non-ionizable form of magnesium to support your nervous system (400-1200 mg, taken in the evenings). And a high quality organic flax seed oil.
