Hello to all on the list

Just letting you know I am new to the list (since about a week ago) and have
been meaning to introduce myself.

I had a conscious kundalini awakening five years ago - unbeknown to me what
one isolated puff of marijuana could do!! Since then meditation, previously
impossible, became possible.

Anyway must dash it's meditation time.
