Not to a very great extent in my case.. I've grown up with computers since
childhood and since I'm a computer music composer not only by profession,
but by passion, it's easy somehow to stay connected with the computer.. Also
I've noticed that the computer sometimes works like the mind.. If I organize
my system and computer and tools to work for me, the strain is barely there.
But most are used to work the way the computer and tools dictate them to,
which surely causes a mental strain and energy drain. Although the monitor
radiation can sometimes be a bit tiring.. =)
