Hello everyone on the k-list,

I am very interested to know "how does a top down awakening function". I
haven't found much info anywhere about it. My awakening almost 2 years ago
now started in the upper chakras, feeling an intense ball of energy light up
in the very centre of the brain for a short moment, and since then having a
constant flow of energy beams scattered all over the head.

Often in relaxation states (I am still a beginner in meditation) I feel
shakes in my lower chakras, root. These shakes affect me and I stop
immediately to meditate when they occur. Unfortunately, this prevents me
from doing long meditations and grounding exercise.

I've read chakras spin around themselves, each in opposite directions. At
times, I have had problems just walking as I feel my upper chakra spinning
so fast (is it the crown, is it third eye..I have no idea). Then I need to
walk slowly, fully concentrated with my hand guiding me to keep my balance
:))

So I was wondering "what pattern does the energy follow in a top down
awakening " ?
