You can also find this "orbit" in Kriya Yoga, and in Ajapa Japa, where a
circuit is created with the spinal and frontal passages and the
corresponding chakras/trigger points. Ajapa Japa is a very easy practice to
learn and in the later stages this orbit is used, moving one's conciousness
and the So Ham mantra through this passage, helping in cleaning sushumna and
the chakras. (You can also practice Ajapa Japa with your guru mantra.. I've
tried this and found it very useful.)

Just throwing some yoga stuff in there. Writing about it helps me learn more
about it, as weird as it may sound.

Well, that's true enough, but I think Prahal was responding to Albert's

suggestion that Ranbir's orbit needed fixing. Saved me from responding!
Ranbir's
orbit is a pretty classically Taoist cycle.
