Subject: [K-list] The Pulse

Hello All:
I live in this pulse. During the day, if I am still and slow in moving and
if i pace my body in activity the pulse stay even and sorta behind the scenes
but if I talk too much, it revs up and rings in my head, blurs my eye sight
and pounds my heart.
If I'm too active in the physical or talking too much, as I did recently
when my friend visited, (sigh what a blessing to have visitors who are just
happy to sit in silence and BE together rather than a lot of talking)then
when I go to bed the pulse is racing and it takes a long time to slow down
and pass into the stillness of sleep. For example 5 or 6 hours. minimum.
Right now, as I look away from the screen, into nothingness I tune to this
pulse and aside from the tension in my right arm and shoulder from typing and
clicking the mouse there is only the pulse and blackness within.
This pulse is not...bad as a matter of fact, when I move into or is that
surrender utterly into it, yes that's it, then it is just ecstatic but if I'm
trying to sleep at night and move into it all the way...there's no sleep.
Can anyone relate to the pulse...do you have it...live in it....with
it..and sometimes there's more than one pulse.
Blessings and gratitude, deesutra
