Yet another poem I wrote about what I believe to be a past life.

Let The Water Wash Over Me

Swimming deeply, so deep
In the sea of life
Water floods in, I can't speak
The waves crash over me
I can't find the shore
Spellbound by the sound
of the water that rushes over me
I lose my feet
Swept away
by the raging water
that wants to take me under

But the water cleanses my soul
Even though my body dies I know
That this is not the end, but another beginning
To Life
The endless circle that never stops
Keeps spinning around and around

I'm floating...
My
    Soul
            Is
                FREE!

And God keeps telling me
"Let the Water wash over me"
Let the water wash over me
It will cleanse away all negativity
If I let the water wash over me.
