its been a year and a half since i noticed the last change.

the torment of breaking up in relationships. it really put things into ... or
shall i say , out of , perspective. realizing how screwed up i am and
realllly trying to change it. still though , i am finding that when i look deeper
into it , i become less and less positive. maybe i just need to clean out muck.

so much focus has been on the red chakra , orange, and yellow is sorta far
for me now.

i was wondering.... since this whole energyhealing thing is global\universe
whatever -- shouldnt most of us be on the same page?

i was wondering what everyone's state is now.

man, i am so screwed up and so unscrewed up, i am just hoping that there's
other's out there with stories that i can relate to.

the side effects of all of this are maddening and what is more maddening is
the uncertainty of what the K actually is. much of it seems to me that this is
all a result of fear. the whole K thing could be a malfunction due to fear.
maybe i'm just denying what is true. who knows.
