Subject: [K-list] Disturbing experiences

Last night was crazy and weird.. The past few weeks I've experienced
strange cold/allergy symptoms that seem to come and go without warning,
often along with energy shifts at the root or eyebrow center. Last night
was particularily odd..
I woke up 1 am with very little memory of what had happened before that
moment, but basically I saw visions, colorful images of women. The last one
I remember was a colorful, misty form of a woman talking on the phone.. I
was in a witness state, knowing I was asleep and about to wake up, and I saw
this particular image up at the right corner of my vision.. There was
nothing visually scarey about any of the images, but I started screaming..
Three times, louder and louder, and I woke up with a strong, hoarse scream,
and my wife had her hand on my shoulder. She told me she had dreamt
herself being a tree holding me as a floodwave of water swept through me
through/from a castle.. Along with the screaming, there was intense energy
behind it, something pushing, probabably had something to do with the
screaming.. As she woke up, with her hand on my shoulder, and she heard me
scream, she had thought "Ok.. here he comes"
When I sat up in bed and talked to my wife about what had happened, I had
goosebumps everywhere on my body, every hair was standing right up, and I
was feeling a strong, electrical shiver, not the kind that rushes through
you and is gone, but one that stayed there, like a "static" shiver, like
being connected to an electrical circuit.. The moment I had woke up, there
was no more panic, but when I walked into the bathroom I was filled with
absolute dread seeing me in the mirror.. I saw immense dread in the mirror
image, so much that I had to get out of the bathroom real quick.
Each time I thought about the visions and the screaming and the energies
behind it, the static, electical shiver filled me again.. I also felt a
piercing pressure at my eyebrow center, leading into my head (I've felt this
frequently of late) and at that moment, my nose started to stuff/tighten up
again.. Somehow all these things seem to be connected, visions, energy,
surges in my body and cold/allergy symptoms that seem to love following
suit.. But aside to things being cleared out and transformed in my system,
I don't know what I'm supposed to do about them.. Maybe nothing at all, just
enjoy the ride, no matter how bizarre and at times disturbing it can be?
