I am no expert. When I feel K~energy in my heart, it reminded me of a day at the beach. A soft, flowing, gentle breezy feeling... Maybe the energy responds to whatever resonates with our being and it's different for every one. But, what your experience also makes me think of is purification. Fire purifys. Maybe that's what your doing, burning aways all that is not needed.
