Yes, that´s right, I never realised how appreciated and loved I was here. As much I am loved here, as much as I am hated over there. Unfortunately it was the owner of a forum so he had carte blanche! Have you ever felt someone hate you so so much that they will do everything to sweep the floor with you, to demolish you until you are struck by silence? Well I did, that´s why I had to leave. I already outstayed my welcome I think because this has been going on for a while; it was time for me to go, not good energy or influence for the others there. So I don´t think I was running away, I just knew that there was no more place there for me any more, and I decided that I would no longer take all the abuse and sarcasm, it was a matter of self-respect if nothing else.
You say, “I don't know your situation with your other list but perhaps if you stick around there you may learn something that no one here can provide...?’
Oh yes, I did learn something. I learnt that I still can´t love everyone, although I did feel a lot of sympathy for the guy because he is a poor, heartless and self-righteous soul and doesn´t know it. I also learnt that there is still an inkling of emotion left in me, enough to stir the ego, and there was always that fear lurking in the background of me retaliating and saying things that I would regret. It also made me think that perhaps I am too hard on people too, that I should perhaps not be so blunt at times but more diplomatic. As you say, “No mistakes here’ and no coincidences, and so I will carry on to the next step of progress knowing that I still have a place of love and rest here with you all, thank you for that.
