Dear Amaargi (Anne),
It may be that your Central Meridian needs a "Zip Up".
The CM runs from your pubic bone to your bottom lip
and is an energy pathway that governs your central
nervous system.
It can act like a receiver of other people's energies
and thoughts. Zipping up can help you be present with
another person in a conflictual situation with less
chance of negative disruption upon your energy.
To Zip Up begin by tapping briskly K27 points just
under the collar bone near the breast bone to assure
your meridians are moving in a forward direction.
Place your hand at the bottom end of the central
meridian, which is at your pubic bone.
Take a deep breath in as you simultaneously move your
hand with deliberation and intent straight up the
center of your body, to your lower lip.
Repeat 3 times.
This is a method taught by Donna Eden in her book
called Energy Medicine.
