YES! i have struggled with this fog for several years now. having to deal
with linearity in almost any way can be entirely frustrating and exhausting
at times.

i've approached things nutritionally, tho am sure exercise/yoga would be
helpful.

really, i just wanted to let you know i completely relate to the fog
phenomenon.
