Subject: [K-list] My confidence has disappearred.

I've lost my confidence again. I've learnt that this happens in cycles, and
must be related to ego cleaning which leads me to believe that false
confidence comes from experience (the sum of our experiences is ego).

Any tips ? It's very hard when your rock bottom to pick yourself up once
more, when you've already been here before although this cycle feels easier
because i've become conscious of it.

I usually answer my own questions with the answer to mediate, but that
answer does'nt feel quite right this time. Mystress ?
