If only I knew,

its kind of one of those things whereby its appearing regularly more often
and I secretly want it to disappear, like I'm afraid of something,

or when I focus on it, just gently drifts to the side and out of view.

I believe you are right it is some portal,

but I have a habit of pushing myself too hard sometimes and I think I can
only be ready to enter when all parts of me of ready.

I'm in two minds about it, half of me wants to find out more and go deeper
and the other wants nothing to do with it.

I see a lot of blue, sometimes dots, lately when I meditate, also have seen
blue sparkles in the air. I was curious about the rectangle though. I had an
experience not too long ago of seeing a group of verticle yellow gold lights
that were like thin rectangles. They were in the corner of the room I was
in. I never seen anything like that before-rectangles of light. It was
strange-funny in the effect that it seemed like somebody had painted the air
in stripes! And it was only in one spot, for a few seconds, then gone.

 

Anyway, the rectangle thing has me curious. Maybe your blue rectangle is a
portal to somewhere. :)

which shifts in colour between blue, black and white, and red if I close my
eyes.
