As far as my understanding goes, awareness should be placed on all three
areas, in, between, and out.
Its kind of like a cycle, A for in U for hold M for out U for hold A for in
U for hold etc. I also got a feeling these three points correlate with the
three knots in some way. (Creation, life, destruction)
Any help?

Subject: [K-list] You are the consciousness
Whilst meditating I've been putting more awareness into me, aka the
consciousness that exists between the breath. The breathe seems to create
subtle ripples on the mind, so it's easier to focus more awareness when not
breathing or inbetween breaths.
After doing this for a while I notice much more bodily energy and a sense of
feeling refreshed.
What really interests me, is the technique of putting awareness into that
space between the breathe. This is what i'd like to discuss because the
technique is extremely important and this directly leads to enlightenment,
aka moving into a state of Being, or identification with this consciousness.
Feel free to mail me off list, or on list, i'd like to discuss this in
depth. How do we put about this awareness into our consciousness, and how
can this be improved upon, to give up ego-identification.
