Subject: [K-list] Growth in a team

One of the most challenging parts of the spiritual path for me, is not Self
growth directly, but growth within the context of working with other people
which brings about significant inner growth. Whether that's working
together in a meditation group, or just earning money with your fellow
humans.
Sharing consciousness may be a term to use to describe this.
Is anyone into management psychology, and especially team psychology, how do
you work in a team ? Are there any good books on this ? I can't tell you
how difficult I find working with other people in any context is for me. Is
a team player a life player ?
How does a spiritually minded person fit into that sort of environment, when
other people just don't understand. I've struggled with these questions for
quite some time now, and I need to ask others to see what they do and how
they deal with these situations.
I'd be happy to discuss this off-list if people can't see the connection.
Thanks
