Well, when it started happening I'd notice that it seemed to be accompanied by intuitive impressions of someone in particular and/or a certain issue connected to them (or myself). Those impressions seem to whirl upwards through my body to the crown of my head, then the flash of light. So, after months of just observing this and noticing what is happening, I started experimenting by asking for something to be cleared for myself and this flash of light would occur.There's always the impression of what it is, but it seems as soon as the flash of light occurs, the awareness of the issue leaves also-as if all aspects of it are being erased. I do not hold it in my memory or elsewhere. It is an interesting thing. Of course, it could be something else entirely, it is my own impression of what is happening.
