No, I think it's just a taste. A taste that there is something inside which
is separate from who we think we are. Let's face it, who we KNOW we are!
We've lived all our lives as this person, right? Then, in this state, we
realise it's not real. That there is *something* inside just watching. And
totally uninvolved. But it only lasts as long as it lasts, then we're back
to being *us*.

My understanding is that enlightenment comes and

Was this the witness state? I would agree with what you said above.

 Is it your whole body,

Yes

just a feeling in your head,

No

 are you
>speechless,

No

does it last for weeks/days afterwards,

Probably different for everyone. It lasted a week for me.

can you pass it onto
>others when they are in your aura, was it worth the ride ?

It was definitely worth the ride! I never thought about passing it on to
others, and thinking about it, I don't think I could have done anyway. It
came out of the blue for me.
But via someone else.
But in this state, I was still myself, in other words not in the witness
state, I was still 'me'.
So, what is enlightenmen? You tell me, because I don't know. I'm beginning
to think it is the ability to be anything at any time of your choosing.

Probably somewhere in the middle :( I can see the master's garden in the
distance!
Sometimes. Sometimes I'm just all taken up with my mundane life. And to be
honest I don't see why. Why it has to be like that. It seems stupid.

Aaaaargh!
