Hi. I'm new to the list, but not new to my experiences with Kundalini. However, I am looking for more understanding of this process.
 
Can anyone explain for me the significance of this experience?
 
During meditation, I felt energy coming in from the back of my neck, then energy coming from my third eye to meet and mix with it. This lasted for several minutes, then all the sudden, the energy shot down through my chakras like lightning into the root and discharged there, seemingly vanishing.
