First of all stop calling yourself a freak or anything else negative,
It only helps to destabilise your chakras.

Sounds to me like you might be having problems converting the energy, try a
few balancing techniques on the solar plexus chakra, and the sacral.

As for the cold and the warmth and the tingling it's a natural side affect
of energy release, nothing to alarming and you get used to it.

Sorry I'm all out of extraterrestrial methods, someone else will have to
help you out there.

so as a result , and pardon my walking into this area of taboo (i am new to
the group), i have become really exceedingly horrable at having sex. all of
this "my energy vibrations being consistant" as a problem, is taking me far
away
from who i am and what i want to be. assocations and finding truth is
riddling
me with fear.

as a side note, my body tingles all the time (ever ending , seriously) to a
code of pressures, warmth, cold, tingling. all over my body all the time. so

this has really made me feel creepy cause i dont know what the heck is going
on.


i hope that maybe someone can help me with this problem , with a kundalini
method , extraterrestrial , from the heart , anything. i'm a 'freak' and
have so
much fear inside from all of life and what has happened to me through this
tingling.
