I read recently about the hologram, as described in a
book.
A hologram is made by reflecting light directly onto a
photographic plate and another source hitting an
object, (apple, cat, anything you want) and the light
that "flows over" hitting the plate again and forms an
image.
Now, if you just shine light onto the plate, the image
of the object forms above the plate, in thin air.
Hologram as a projection, is it "real"? just like the
whole earth asa a hologram
now, an interesting corollary is, if you keep cutting
the plate, into smaller bits and pieces, and then
shine light onto any piece, you still see an image of
the apple, only hazier. it gets hazier and hazier but
still forms a whole image...
another interesting perspective...that its NOT sum of
the parts that makes the whole, each part has the
whole in it, but sum of the parts clears the image and
understanding of the WHOLE....
again going to show that everyone and everything is a
valid expresson of the divine.
A cool analogy i thought, to the universe and how it
works....
a lot of times, I catch myself making an "I" statement
that saperates me from the rest...and then i realise
that excuding another from the picture will make my
worldview hazier, and i will be caught in polarity.
It was really easy for me to be in the NOW, though i
used to slip occasionally, but now, Its increasingly
dufficult, for some reason, my consciousness is
putting me thru a test...I dunno why...
so, though i understand this concept of the way we all
are connected, i get lost in the may/illusion of
saperation and make judgements...dunno if its past
karma, if thats a release thats occuring or if im
creating further new ripples that I need;nt have.
Ah! Letting go, the pleasures of!
