Welcome to the K-list. :)

Brain explosions and mystical voices are pretty par for the course for those
whose Kundalini has been activated. One has to use discernment, however, on
how to treat the voices --literally or as metaphor.

Three years is not a long time to be experiencing very strong energy. Yes,

The experience is often accompanied by fear. Relaxing and "Letting go" is
not easy, but usually the best tact to take.
