Dear Rick,
What happens, I think, is similar to the deja vu experience. Our brain gets
into a time warp so we see things occurring that we are sure we have
experienced before. When K is active, our sense of future and past sometimes gets all
wrapped into one time frame--the present-- so that the "present" encompasses
all three--past, present and future. Since we actually exist only in the
present, and because the future doesn't yet exist, we can't ask our minds to
physically experience the future and thus go forward.
It is a bizarre feeling because we prefer to keep time "sorted out." For an

My mind thinks that it's as if my life is coming to the zero point and then
I will hit it,
perhaps I will become fully immersed in the present and then live forward
again.
Why does this happen ? What is really going on? Please help me to
understand it.
