Hello to all k-list members,

I've joined the list last october, posted 2 or 3 times only. Maybe Hillary
or Mystress Angelique can remember. I've been reading you all, and truly
what I've gained from the list is priceless.

I decided to post here today because I have some earache that is very
troublesome. I've read several times about ear ringing issues and how they
can be a kundalini side effect. In my case, I am not quite sure how to go
with it. About a month ago, the ear ringing started and since then it has
been constant, only to increase in intensity 2 days ago. The ringing has
gotten to a level where i am starting to take 'lexomil' 3 times a day (a
tranquiliser). I've seen an ear specialist of course, and I've had basic
treatment. He hasn't identified any anormality.

>From what I've read, people get various types of ear ringing : mostly in
meditation time only, and with 'Aummm' sound frequencies, or water sounds
etc. Frankly speaking, I am not sure if this is related to my throat chakra
trying to tell me something...All I am certain about is that I've been
pretty stressed out this past year and been overplaying rock n roll as an
energy booster, which eventually strained and exhausted my ears.

I feel at times that my neck is stiff, and tingling very light pains
throughout my spine. I have, up to this day, only one chakra centre in full
activation: the crown. I've had, what I learned afterwards (thanks to
Mystress Angelique) a 'top down spiritual awakening'. Or should I say a
'top-top spiritual awakening' ? I've never felt the energy rush throughout
my spine, yet I've sensed it 'working' along my spine, and I've been spaced
out at times specially on last Easter week end...


Any help or advice, I would greatly appreciate.

If I am correct Albert was asking if there any other french on the list. You
can count me in :)
