Couple things. There's a Hindu saying that "When a student is ready, the
teacher appears."
And there's my own (Quaker) tradition: "God is here to teach his people
himself."
I haven't gone far with the kundalini fireworks myself; most of what I
do seems to be throat-chakra with occasional influences from higher. But
as long as I'm not thinking that _I_ know what's happening--but instead,
remember that God is at work in the process, and look for guidance,
expect guidance--I'm a very lucky confused person.
