This is classic K--what many of us call full body orgasm or cosmic orgasm or
releasing K energy from the crown, or a number of other euphemisms. Gopi
Krishna writes:

He also quotes Arthur Avalon who quotes a Tantric practitioner as follows:
"What need have I for an external woman when I have an 'inner woman' in my own
interior?"

I tend to agree that the experiences are very different, but using sex as a
metaphor as you have done, is as close as we can come to describe the orgasmic
K experience.
