Keith Someone gave me one day a good trick to handle trance issues:         - each time your mind or you're saying something about when you were younger (not in the present), you go in trance         - same thing if you talk about a past life I suggest that you try also to get information about:         - hologram         - miasm         - karmic implant The advice to focus in the present and try to co-exist in the present with the emotions or oteh rstuff coming from the trance. I've read books that deal with trance partly, but I'm looking for one that really explores just trance. The how-to nuts and bolts... you know, something really inspiring :) I know I can obviously look on amazon.com, but if I can find some personal feedback I find that invaluable when searching for good books. So, perhaps this is a broader question than I think it is, but any feedback anyone has would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks! Keith
