Yes, I agree.

For me at least, there seems to be more too it, I feel it especially around
the wrists and the ankles, I even get large round dots on the wrists
sometimes, (at first I thought it was an allergy to my watch, don't wear one
anymore) I think definitely these parts of the body, are linked with
spirituality.

maybe I'm being too literal?

I wonder, if that could have been the reason why the Romans buried nails
into Jesus wrists and feet, to destroy his spirituality?

I don't really know?

maybe if someone out there has some knowledge of chakras in the hands,
wrists, arms (especially biceps/elbows) or palmistry, they could possibly
shed some light on this?

dear ranbir,

I associate energy moving through the hands and
fingers as a form of manipulation/manifestation that
is part of physical incarnation. ie; a genuine desire
to experience new things, and to learn, grow, develop,
etc

I am an artist, and in my most connected moments with
painting especially, i feel alot of energy moving
through my hands. Yet I work alot these days, and do
not paint as much.... I feel much more connected to my
hear than my hands.

I think the changes i am seeking in my life at this
moment are related to the experience you describe. In
short, I think we can work with both the hands and
hard should we choose to. To me, this involves both
what makes us feel fulfilled and appreciated, as well
as that which we are most naturally disposed to do, or
what we are best at "with our own hands."

It's all about balance, after all.
