Subject: [K-list] Absent-mindedness is a good sign of spiritual progress

Dear Gustaf
> I've been very absent-minded, even since childhood..
What we normally call mindfulness is the strong awareness of the waking
state
But, spirituality lies in seeing the waking and dreaming state as
equally real
and trying to recover the truth underlying the three states.
So, absent-mindedness is a very good sign of spiritual and K awakening
and progress
As for the swara and the K flow, I do not know much personally.
However, there is a good deal of material on Sound (Nada)
in the Text "Merging with Siva" by Satguru Sivaya Subramuniya Swami.
Thanks and kind regards
RK Shankar
