Subject: [K-list] Simple practice of Tirumantiram Guidance
From: Ra Kumar Sankar

Dear Ranbir
As for me, I do this simple practice
This is from the Tirumantiram 216.
When in bed, you enquire gently into each thought.
As each thought arises, if you enquire 'For whom is this thought?',
the Ida and Pingala nerves begin to flip into the Sushumna.
When the aura expands due to inflow of sense-impressions, repeat the
process.
Keep at this with great love.
And, start the process when you wake up.
Most important, if you happen to get up during sleep,
do not roll back into sleep,
But, keep vigil and repeat the process.
I think you belong to Sikhism
If so, you can repeat Aum or Sat Nam.
I chant the Name of Lord Siva.
Daily life also will improve by these
Because, emotions and thought will begin to merge
You will then have greater central tendency
That would make you diviner and more lovable.
Thanks and kind regards
RK Shankar
