Hi,
 
My favourite sounds are
 
 
1. the sea
2. a rain storm
3. kids laughing and playing - I have a primary school down the road from my
house.
4. cats purring
5. distant thunder
 
Sounds that distract and irritate me the most. Difficult. My parents are
musicians so I learnt to tune noise in and out from an early age. Very few
noises really bother me.
 
1. loud screeching noises
2. traffic
3. static
4.
5.
 
Most active energy centre: toss up between sacral and heart.
