Ranbir,

Thank you for this email, it is quite possible that it answers something
that has been nagging at me for some time.. I've often felt confusion as of
where the energy "should" come from... From mother earth or father sky?
Is it true that both can happen simultaneusly like you say? Because I am
experiencing this right now; A powerful pressure coming from my lower
centers, and a kind of energy "boring" down from above into me.. When you
spoke of the center in the heart, something struck a chord in me.. I find it
the easiest to find harmony and balance in this place.. Odd enough that I
did not see this beforehand.
