I would like to thank you all for the helpful words of wisdom.
I saw the same purple ball with yellow/gold objects inside again last night
as I was falling asleep, though I don't kinow how long it lasted. I tried to
focus on my breathing instead, so I didn't do too much too quickly. Also, I
have noticed that when I am in my bathroom staring at a big empty white wall, I
see a yellowish haze that kind of pulsates and floats around the room. I
think I actually had control over it for a moment, because I thought of a ball and
different colors, and the haze changed somewhat, although not exactly. Or it
could have been my imagination, I have no idea.
I apologize for knowing absolutely nothing about this, like I mentioned
before, this was a big surprise to me! However, the more I think about it, the
more it seems like my coming upon this happened for a reason. Out of nowhere
yesterday morning I decided to take the day off school (I am a graduate student)
to gather some information about self-improvement in order to deal with some
confidence/self-esteem issues I am having. Then I happened upon a meditation
technique that sounded interesting. Without really thinking about it, I just
got comfortable, closed my eyes, and then all of this happened. I am still
somewhat afraid to go further, but I feel like I am supposed to, for some reason.
I haven't meditated since, so I am going to give it another go and see what
happens.
Once again, thank you all for the support. Not quite sure exactly how I even
found this list, but I am glad I did!
