That is visibly, every action in the end has an equal and opposite reaction,
Sometimes the reaction happens instantaneously and is visible (like the
three stooges) sometimes it happens invisibly, if you look more deeply into
the lives of these people that live these lives then you often see that they
are often unhappy (usually because of lack of joy or meaning).
Of course if you look even deeper into any life that is unhappy or without
meaning, you usually come to the point that is because the person has not
learned how to let go of the scars that have wounded them in the past, or
the new ones they are creating (by doing the things that give them no joy).
