It's like I was saying in my other thread about past lives, if I did not
have the knowledge know that I do about kundalini, chakras ...
I too would believe myself to be mad from the experiences I have had, the
things I have seen would perhaps have got me locked up if I had tried to
explain them to a psychiatrist.
It amazes me know that in this day and age, with the knowledge we have that
people still do not know very much about this, I agree with most that k can
be dangerous and if awakened without proper help can take a path that is
best not travelled. But it is and is being awakened every day by people that
have no knowledge of it.
I myself have been experiencing it for the last 8 year(s) well before I even
knew what I was doing or what was happening. Its only with great luck and
some very special people that I was able to get to this stage.
My hope is that someday all will be able to live freely and happily, and the
only way I see that of happening is by maintain these free lists and
knowledge pools (open to all) like this one. So we are better able to
explain and understand the things we go through.
That is unless there is the second coming or something :)

I am "schizophrenic" or was, but now I'm only "bipolar", thank God.
In any case, I'm a nut case who led a rather productive life until the unset
of my illness. The drugs they gave me were horrible. There were times when I
could not remember how to spell my name.
I do have faith in psychiatry, but I think they are still drilling holes in
the heads of the ill to release the evil inside. If this arm of science and
medicine would stop labeling individuals who participate in groups such as
this
as psychotic, we may just learn something that could help everyone.
Ask any schizophrenic if what they are feeling is "spiritual" in nature. (It
will make them smile inside---something that does not happen often for us---
it gives us hope that there are others who have stumbled upon the path to
life.
