Welcome to the k-list! I'd love to hear more about your Shaktipat experience
in Bhutan!

Pollen, at least in the USA, is extremely high this year. I suspect
allergies are likely to be your problem as far as eye swelling is concerned and not
directly K related, esp. since it's combined with an itchy throat.

On the other hand, eye discomfort does occur occasionally. You might try
circulating the energy by placing your tongue against the roof of your mouth. If
it is K related, it is not a matter of overworking the third eye so much as
the energy working to clear your allergies.
