Hi all,

I've had a rather colourful time with spiritual matters over the last nine months or so. Reiki, Sekhem, having my crown permanently opened by a Tantric Buddhist monk in a remote monastery in Bhutan. Having just discovered your site I'm glad to know that there are others going through some of the same spiritual issues that I am.

I am wondering whether anyone has had these symptoms. I engaged in a deep meditation the other day and seem to have been really affected by it. I spent yesterday feeling intolerably thirsty, my upper back was tingling like mad, my crown was wonderfully cool and open, and I was radiating energy. Exhausting stuff as I slept for 15 hours last night. The joke is that I'm still tired. Anyway. I woke up this morning with very swollen eyes and a rash on my throat. I have always attributed these symptoms (I've had them a lot over the last year) to allergies. As a result I've been put on most of the anti-histamines and steriods under the sun. Its only this morning that I twigged that it could be linked with energy. I guess that I could easily have overworked my third eye.

Has anyone else had swelling?

All comments would be gratefully appreciated
