Hi Rose,

I would suggest that the anger comes from a trigger - maybe an 'I'm
being taken advantage of' or a 'my boundaries are being invaded' kind of
trigger. If it feels like too much, listen - you may be playing the
martyr role; which is probably not good for either you or the kidz.
Anger responds when other feelings are denied and/or disallowed. Look
beneath it.

And apologize to your kidz - let them know its about you and not about
them...that's what I do.
