Sometimes people cough from throat blockages. Amitra is a K. side
effect, sometimes mistaken for post nasal drip! Except, it tastes sweet...
it is a clear, kind of slippery jellyfish fluid that drips down onto the
back of the tongue. It is very concentrated energy. Generally it is
considered cerebrospinal fluid... brain juice! You get more of it when the
K is really pumping.
When I did the first vids for FST, I reached out through time to
everyone who would ever see them... and nearly drowned! LOL!! We edited out
the coughing fits, but you can still see how often I'm swallowing, and
trying to speak around the flood in my throat.

No, I think you misunderstood me. The neck thing is just physical. I
got the Windsor pilates CDs and did 2 1/2 of them at once last week! The
basic workout, the accelerated workout and half the abs workout... and the
next morning I could barely turn my head. Lots of holding the head and legs
up while lying on the floor, stiff muscles basically, although my
chiropractor tells me I pulled an upper rib out of place.
The tongue thing is K. related. Touching the tip of your tongue to your
palate just behind your top teeth completes an energy circuit in your head,
enhances K flow. Mine rests there naturally, like it is magnetically held
there.

I am familiar with the microcosmic orbit, but I don't do it and I
don't teach it. To me it has a certain scarcity consciousness about energy
to it. Thinking there is a need to conserve and recycle... I prefer the
grounding, open to Source and Goddess provides!

Vibuti is another name for amitra. It is usually called vibuti when it
is changed to sacred ashes, i think. Female sex fluid is also called amitra.

Ringing ears is a common K symptom, along with other noises. Don't try
to get rid of it, instead meditate on the sound.
