> Particularly, if its involution is below the will chakra (the 3rd)

     Vulture does not protect. The gods and goddesses of the nether
region fade away with the serpent rising.
     They are the powers of the cosmos embodied corresponding to the
nether region chakras in which there is involution
     That is why, the worship of these gods failed with Moses, the
worshipper of the One True God.
     Lack of balance is the sign that these powers are of the nether region
