I question your choice of words, "what I have to learn from it."
Victimhood, passive aggression is a learned reaction. I am not sure if
more "learning" is what it is about, so much as "recognition." To recognise
the pattern so you can surrender it.
Sorry if I seem to be nit-picking about a word, but words shape
thinking. "Learning" has a pattern of thought associations that "growing",
"seeing" or "recognizing" does not have. Learning is about gathering more
information, more patterns, in order to have more control. Control is not
surrender, eh?
