Subject: [K-list] Trusting Self

I've become aware (witness awakening) of an incredible amount of self
conscious doubt. I question *every* decision I make, and it's driving me
absolutely insane !

This appears to be the start of complete trust in Self, the process of
duality of no-trust to complete trust to unquestionable trust(full and total
surrender).

Is there a way in which I can stop mentally torturing myself whilst this
process is being worked out ?

It reminds me of Chinese water torture whereby you turn on the tap, tie
yourself up and have to endure the drips on your forehead.

Meditation. Why do I think i've just answered my own question again, carry
on meditating to turn the tap off !
