That's funny, I just unsubbed from there yesterday after mostly lurking
on and off for years. Planning to subscribe to NDS highlights instead.
Um, it is the NDS list, not the NDE list. Stands for Nonduality Salon.
They discuss Nonduality, Adivata, quote Gurus and stuff. They have humour,
they have arguments about nothing, (nonduality) they have lots of 15 k
unsnipped posts with a one liner added at the bottom. Seems they like it
that way. Nice folks. Very busy list.
I did 2 1/2 CDs of Windsor Pilates on Friday and now I can barely turn
my head...the rest of me is not stiff but my neck has locked up. I liked it
though, overall. It is much like Hatha Yoga. Some of the exercises,
though... is like, "ya want me to WHAT?" Lie on your back, raise your legs
into the air at 45 degrees, leave them up there and do sit ups! They do it
on the video so I guess it is humanly possible. Maybe there are hidden
wires, like how Xena can jump over someone's head.
