Dear David,

I would say definitely archetypal. :)) My version--I'm traveling in a
foreign country and can't find my hotel, or hotel room. Often it's a labyrinth of
rooms and elevators! :)) Or I'm traveling and trying to get past a body of
water. Trying to reach a destination! :))

If you haven't seen "Enlightenment Guaranteed" I would suggest you see it.
:)) One of the characters has the recurring dream of finding himself stranded
in a foreign country. The dream becomes reality--with an enlightening result.
