The shoulder thing you said, it is weird that i have a
right shoulder dislocation that occurs whenever i anm
disjointed mentally and am reaching out further than i
should be doing...
i think the easiest way for me to exit control dramas
these days is, i say that if there is oneness then
whatever i set out there, will come back in the same
way, the same integrity and honour that i give it...
so, whenever i am in a deliema as to how to tackel a
person, i just visualize a white being light form of
me and the other person above us, personifying the
higher self, and pray that BOTH of us behave and learn
from each other in a growth conducive manner....
it helps...of course, when one is low in energy, the
best thing to do is to remove oneself from the
"dufficult" environment as it will definitely blow
up...
the twin thing is pretty true for me i must say...on
the individuation level that i saw it, and also as
David Bozzi said in a mail, the need to reunite with
oneself b eing projected upon the world.. and they
both are true...interchangeable...nothing wrong with
being in love with thew external manifestation of self
and also knowing that it is from within, brings
security of soul, reassurance of highewr self and
detachment from the manifestation while enjoying it
all the same...
detachment is also strangely misunderstood i feel, by
me too a lot of times....it is understood as a
withdrawal within and staying stuck, non-dependance...
"i don't need " statements of false security...
the truth however is, all of it is me and all of it is
IAM and IAM all of it...and so are ALL..
well, i can go on and on,lol, since as i write, i
answer my own questions,
so maybe its time to stop now,
i have however let go from my side, and am confident
in the wisdom of my friend, and am sure that he will
come to me if i need play a part in his healing in
some way...
ill let you know how it goes...
