Dear Rick,

I hope things have smoothed out a bit for you! For me it's simply been more
"guidance" than usual--dreams of finding precious items of Jade-- information
about methods--things like that. The explosiveness of the energy has
returned--waking me up several times a night. No real changes--just more powerful.
Endorphin stretches, heat, head buzz, synchronicity. That sort of thing. I've
been spared the mental turmoil, though I've been experiencing some caffeine
like jitters. (Maybe it's my husband's chocolate birthday cake! :)) )
