What might help is, whenever you confront them, no
matter how big the urge of fear, KNOW and pray to your
higher self and their higher self...for this, you have
to believe that there is NO EVIL....there is NO
PRECIEVABLE REAL EVIL in people...
say this to yourself and whenever trying to waft back
to percieving the enemy, say that there is just
GOD....
stop directing all the 12 steps to healing the inner
child outside...see if you need to heal yours, and no,
it is not paranoia...it is true for you coz you
believe in it, if you want to make it go AWAY, simply
try to believe in what i said above as an experiement,
that there is no evil, and everyone can operate from a
higher self, yourself included, and that the danger is
an illusion...the results may be quite astonishing,
within Minutes.
