Subject: [K-list] kundalini is it necessary and advisable?

Hi friends,
This is my first mail and hence a small intro about myself as well
I am 24 yr well educated and highly interested in spirituality. I stay in
india and would be visiting Kumbha Mela ujjain 2004. I hope everybody
understand the importance of this mela. Is any one also planning a visit to
ujjain .

Now about kundalini
Raman Maharashi, an divine soul who attained self -realization , a great
janani said that kundalini awakening is not necessary for self realization.
I want to know your comments and experience whether kundalini has helped you
realise yourself
