As always, a very clear explanation.
I had noticed this a bit and found a way that seems to have some support.
Keeping one ear inward as I go about my activity. I recognise (feel) the
moods of others and some seem invasive. When noticing something that will
cause a reaction in me or possibility to take on stuff, I think of going
down the hole (through the root chakra). Doing this tends to release my
attention of the thing.
Don't think of pink elephant. This type of thing would be unavoidable before
but now it seems the involvement can be declined by moving back into goddess
space.
Some people I think get confused by me. Can't find me to direct their
complaints or junk.
